Kinkel Neurologic Office Policies

Due to the high demand for clinic visits, there is a $25 charge for patients who do not show for their scheduled appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

All prescription and triplicate refills require a minimum of 5-7 days notice prior to refill. Please keep this in mind when taking your medication(s) and when preparing to call our office for refills.

There will be a $10.00 fee for all disability forms processed in this office. They will be filled completed within 5-7 business days and mailed back to you in your self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Test results are discussed at the next follow-up office visit. Patients will receive a call about test results only if their treatment needs to be changed.

Co-pays must be paid on the date of the appointment.
